1. Inquiry and Product Selection

Please send us your inquiry with as much detail as possible so we can recommend a suitable coating solution. For standard products, share the product name or application area. For customized projects, please provide the substrate type, usage environment, performance requirements, expected appearance, color preference, package size, and estimated order quantity.

Helpful information may include project photos, technical specifications, drawings, application method, target film thickness, curing requirements, and any special standards your market or project requires. The more complete your inquiry is, the more accurately we can evaluate the right formulation and recommend a suitable option.

2. Customization and Quotation

After reviewing your requirements, Rensino Coating Co., Ltd. will assess product suitability and prepare a quotation based on the confirmed details. Pricing is influenced by formulation, packaging specification, customization level, order quantity, and destination requirements. For some projects, we may also suggest alternative solutions to better match performance, cost, or application conditions.

If your project involves specialized coatings such as anti-corrosion systems for marine vessels, waterproof roof protection, industrial floor coatings, mildew-resistant bathroom coatings, or decorative coatings for wood and interior surfaces, we will confirm the technical and commercial details before issuing the final offer. Packing methods will be arranged according to the product type, order quantity, transport conditions, and destination market. For coatings and related products, suitable export packaging will be selected to support safe handling and shipment. Special packaging requests can be discussed in advance.

Shipping method, logistics arrangement, and delivery schedule will depend on the order details and the agreed trade terms. We can coordinate sea freight, air freight, courier delivery, or other transportation solutions as required. Final delivery timing is subject to production progress, packing completion, and logistics confirmation.
